Cain Park Art Festival 2024 Schedule. Located inside cain park near the goodnor/superior and superior park entrances, the evans amphitheater is a partially covered outdoor theater. After the passing of honey feinberg, harvey’s second wife and longtime arts festival coordinator, it was renamed the feinberg art gallery.
